Founded Lasons India Private Limited in the year 1979 with just 2 staff employees. In the year 1986 he started the production of Niacin and Niacinamide. Under his leadership the company has grown to one of the largest manufacturers of Niacin and Niacinamide and has diversified in to the Real Estate business.

His vision in the business is par excellence and it has shown in the growth of the company. All key decisions of the company are taken under his guidance. He looks after finance and production of the company. He is also extensively involved in product development and R & D.

Mr. Nevin Aggarwal (Director)

He has been with the company since 1997. He has been very instrumental in the initial expansion of the company and under his leadership the company is today one of the largest manufacturers of Niacin and Niacinamide in India. He personally takes care of some of the key customers in USA and Europe.

He plays a key role in the strategy planning for the company. He is also responsible for the sourcing of key materials used by the company. He plays an important role in the administration of the company.

Under his leadership the company has now diversified into the real estate business.

He has been with the company since 1998. He has extensive experience in the area of International marketing. He has been very instrumental in the development of exports of the company. He has also spent time in the United States of America marketing the company products. Today over 75% of the company’s products are for the overseas market. He personally handles sales with some key customers in the USA, UK, Europe and Far East.

Under his leadership the company has been successful in expanding the manufacturing capacities for Niacin and Niacinamide at its Taloja plant. He was extensively involved at the plant from designing to completion and implementation. This has resulted in a massive growth for the company. He is also involved at the plant with production and maintenance.
